• Country refers to: Kansas, United States.
• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Ugo Cash.
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cell phone or a digital tablet.
• Service refers to the Application or the Website or both.
• Website refers to Ugo Cash, accessible from www.ugocash.net

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
